Equality Duty: Report 2011/12

The Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties) Regulations 2011 came into force on the 10th of September 2011 and mandated that Public Authorities publish information by 31st January 2012 to demonstrate its compliance with the Act.

The report ensures that West Yorkshire Police complies with this requirement and is used to help determine the Force strategy in relation to issues of Equality and Diversity.
