Firearms Forms and Contact Details

If you are looking to renew any of your current certificates we will automatically send to your last known address a renewal package. This will normally be about 12 weeks before your current certificate expires.

  1. Decide which certificate you need to apply for (list below).
  2. Download, print and complete the form and then send to the postal address below (please do not hand into a local police station). Please remember that we cannot accept payment by cash.
  3. Checks will be made on both national and local records
  4. A Firearms Enquiry Officer will come to visit you as part of the application process.

It is important that you give us your contact numbers so that we can arrange a mutually convenient times for a Firearms Enquiry Officer to visit you.
