Appeal: Alleged Assault, St Ives, Bingley

Airedale and North Bradford Police would like to speak to a man who may have witnessed an assault on a 14-year-old girl in or around the Harden Cricket Ground in St Ives, Bingley on July 14.
The incident took place at about 11am after the 14-year-old, who was walking with a 17 year-old-male and another girl aged ten, was allegedly pinned on the ground by the male following an argument.
It is believed a man walking his dog nearby witnessed the incident and threatened to call the Police before leaving the area in a car.
After he left, the girl was allegedly assaulted again and received a head injury before leaving the area to contact authorities.
A 17-year-old male has been arrested in connection with the alleged incident and bailed pending further enquires.
