Appeal: Attempted Robbery, Tintern Avenue, Golcar.

Police are appealing for information following an attempted robbery at a house in Golcar.

Huddersfield CID would like to speak to anyone who witnessed or has information about the incident which took place at about 7.30pm on November 14 at an address on Tintern Avenue.

It occured after a man tried to force his way into the property but was eventually driven away by the 26-year-old occupant inside.

Nothing was taken and no-one was injured and Police are treating the matter as an attempted robbery.

The suspect was described as being black, aged in his 20s, 6 feet tall, wearing a bright blue hooded top with white writing on the front.
