Appeal: Stolen Guitar and Amplifier- Rothwell
Wednesday, 27 June, 2012
Police are appealing for information after a distinctive guitar and amplifier were stolen during a burglary on Leadwell Lane, Rothwell.
The incident took place between 11am and 5.30pm on Tuesday 26th June when a lower pane of glass on the front door was smashed.
Three guitars were stolen with two acoustic ones being recovered from the front garden.
The stolen guitar is a Fender Statocaster with a white pearlescent scratch board. It is recognisable due to the handle being removed from the bridge.
A Peavey amplifier was also taken during the burglary. This is described as having a tweed top and is around 12 inches deep by two feet wide and two feet high. The amplifier is also heavy to move.
