Appeal for Witnesses - Assault - Westgate, Wakefield

Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was assaulted on Friday 21 December.
The incident happened between 945 pm and 955pm inside the X change bar on Westgate, Wakefield.
A man came out of the venue with a cut to his left eye and swelling to the side of his face. He spoke to officers who then arrested a 21 year old man on suspicion of assault a short time later. He has since been released on bail
When they returned to speak to the complainant he had left and officers want to speak to him again.
He is described as white with grey hair, approximately 5'6" tall and aged roughly in his 40s. He was wearing a blue jumper and had a checked shirt underneath.
Any witnesses to the incident or the man who alleged the assault are asked to contact PC Matt Lewis on 101.
