Fatal Road Traffic Collision, Bradford: Man And Woman Charged

A man and woman, both aged 21 and from Halifax, have this evening (Tuesday October 9) been charged with offences in relation to the fatal road traffic collision in Bradford on Saturday 6 October which resulted in the death of 12-year-old Bilal Khizar

The 21 year old man has been charged has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, perverting the course of justice and other motoring offences. The 21-year-old woman has been charged with perverting the course of justice.

Both have been detained to appear before Bradford Magistrates tomorrow.
