Man Charged Over Death of PC Goodlad

A man has today been charged in relation to the road traffic collision on the M1 near Wakefield on October 24 last year in which PC Mark Goodlad died.
A 45-year-old man from the Oldham area arrested in connection with the incident has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving. He has been bailed to appear at Wakefield Magistrates at a later date.
