Serious Road Traffic Collision, Crofton

Motorists in Wakefield are currently facing disruption after a serious road traffic collision on Doncaster Road near Crofton.
The incident happened at 2.12pm and the road is currently closed to outbound traffic from its junction with the A638 and the A655 (near to Heath Common). The road is closed to inbound vehicles between the junctions with Lodge Lane and Wheeland Road. Diversions are in place.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area whilst the emergency services deal with the on going incident.
