(a) Terms of Reference

1. Deal with all aspects of ACPO appointments including the determination of the pay, terms and conditions appertaining to those ranks including all matters relating to efficiency and effectiveness.

2. Have an involvement in the appointment and terms and conditions of civilian Assistant Chief Officer posts within West Yorkshire Police.

3. Deal with all aspects of the Authority’s own Senior Appointments; the Executive Director, the Treasurer and the Legal Adviser.
