Scams - Internet scams do the rounds often. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. Never send anyone your personal details if you have any doubts.

Protection - Ensure you always have effective & updated antivirus/antispyware software running.

Social Media - Ramp up your protection settings, don’t share personal information with people you don’t know and always be aware that future employers could look at your media content before offering you a job!
