Counter Terrorism Policing North East provides the main response to the terrorism threat in the North East Region. In addition they will ensure that tackling terrorism, in particular the Prevent and Protect strands of the Government's Counter Terrorism Strategy

The Calderdale Anti-social Behaviour Review process allows repeat victims of anti-social behaviour (ASB) to have a greater say in how their complaints are handled - allowing those who have made three separate complaints about anti-social behaviour in the last six months to have their cases reviewed.

Thursday 18 May 2023 Over the last five years, the policing operation targeting dangerous driving and road safety, known as Operation Hawmill has continued to bring positive results with over 600 road safety outcomes in this period.

Tuesday 14 November 2023  Police in Calderdale are investigating following an alleged dispute in Todmorden last night.    At 11.45pm, police were called to reports of two males on Poplar Avenue in possession of weapons, one male reported to be carrying a crossbow.
