Kirklees District Anti-social Behaviour Review
What is an Anti-social Behaviour Review?
If you have reported three separate incidents in the past 6 months to the council, police or social landlord and feel that the matter is still ongoing, you can request an Anti-social Behaviour Review.
The aim is to give victims and communities the right to request a review of their case and bring agencies together to take a joined up, problem solving approach to find a solution.
An Anti-social Behaviour Review is an impartial review of the circumstances which have previously been reported.
A panel will review the case and determine if appropriate action is being taken to resolve anti-social behaviour. The panel can make recommendations to the responsible organisation to improve the situation.
The Anti-social Behaviour Review is not a complaints process. If you are unhappy with a service you have received, please consider making a complaint by contacting the organisation to whom you made the initial contact.
