Tuesday 14 November 2023  Police in Calderdale are investigating following an alleged dispute in Todmorden last night.    At 11.45pm, police were called to reports of two males on Poplar Avenue in possession of weapons, one male reported to be carrying a crossbow.

Tuesday 30 May 2023 A Calderdale man has been sentenced to over ten years in prison for rape, indecent exposure and sexual assault of a woman deemed vulnerable. 
Monday 27 March 2023  A woman has been jailed for nine years with an additional three years on licence, after pleading guilty to six offences including false imprisonment, assault, and robbery.  Zara Jade, 54, was sentenced today at Bradford Crown Court following the offences committed in August last year.
