We received a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA):
Please can you tell me how much money was raised over the last three years through bus lane fines in Calderdale, and how many motorists were caught over those three years?
Please can the figures be broken down year by year, and can each instance include which bus lane it was in Calderdale?
And can you also tell me how much the fine was for each instance?
And which organisation/body does the money generated go to?

West Yorkshire Police do not hold any information in relation to the above.
Bus lane penalty lane fines are usually dealt with by the local council. This information may be better sought from a request made directly to the Local Authority.
