Appeal Following Fail To Stop Road Traffic Collision in Huddersfield

Police are appealing for information following a serious road traffic collision in Huddersfield on Thursday (31/10).

Officers were called at 6.48pm to Riddings Road to reports of a collision involving a silver Vauxhall Astra and a three-year-old boy.

The driver of the vehicle failed to stop at the scene and police are seeking to trace the driver.

The boy was treated for minor injuries.

Officers in the Roads Policing Unit are appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision or anyone with information to contact police.

Anyone with dashcam footage of the collision or who may have captured the vehicle driving in the area at the time is also asked to contact police.
