Monday 13 November 2023  Detectives in Calderdale investigating the disorder on Bonfire Night last year are continuing to appeal for the public’s help to identify those in the CCTV images issued.

Wednesday 20 December 2023  Police in Calderdale are appealing for information to help trace a man who is wanted in connection with theft of a motor vehicle. Ben Woodhouse, aged 20, is wanted in connection with the incident which occurred in October this year.

Monday 8 April 2024Police in Calderdale are appealing for witnesses following an affray in the King Cross area of Halifax yesterday evening.    Shortly before 7pm, police received several calls reporting an ongoing fight on Rhondda Place, involving a large number of males.
Coroner's Appeal – Christopher Mitchell
Coroner's Officers are appealing for information to help trace the relatives of Christopher Mitchell from Dewsbury. Man Charged with Drugs and Driving Offences, Shelf, Halifax
Friday, March 22, 2024A man has appeared in court charged with a drugs and driving offences after police found a car containing a significant quantity of cocaine abandoned near Halifax last year.

Second Person Dies in Road Traffic Collision Brow Lane, Shelf 
Tuesday 14 November 2023 Police investigating a fatal road traffic collision in Shelf on 20 October can sadly confirm a second person has died.   The collision happened at 11.17pm on 20 October on Brow Lane where a white Seat Ibiza collided with a wall.
