Appeal To Trace Car In Pedestrian Knockdown, Bradford

Police are appealing for information about a red car which is believed to have been involved in a collision with a pedestrian in Bradford.

The collision is thought to have happened at about 11.30am on Saturday, 12 August in North Avenue, close to the traffic lights outside Beacon House in the Manningham area.

The vehicle is said to have driven off and turned into Cunliffe Road.

The car is believed to be a bright red Fiat Punto or Ford Fiesta, which had scratches to the hub caps.

A 26-year-old man was taken to hospital and was found to have suffered a broken wrist.

He has since been discharged.

Bradford District CID is investigating the circumstances around this collision and would ask for anyone with information about the vehicle to contact them on 101, quoting crime reference 13170371006.
