E-Fit Appeal and WItness Sought: Robbery, Bradford

Police have issued an e-fit image of a man they would like to identify following a robbery in Bradford. 

The incident is said to have occurred in Great Horton Road close to the city centre between 11pm on 24 January and midnight on 25 January, when a 21-year-old man was approached by two males who demanded money.

The victim handed over £10 cash and tried to run from the males, who chased after him and assaulted him before stealing his phone and running off up Great Horton Road.

He was not injured in the incident and his phone was also retrieved by a member of the public, who confronted the suspects after chasing them.

Detective Inspector Matt Walker, of Bradford District CID, said:

“We are appealing for this member of the public to come forward and speak to us about what happened, as he may have further information which will enable us to progress our investigation.”
