Pontefract NPT officers will be on hand in Pontefract bus station on Saturday 21st October between 10am and 3pm with a crime prevention stand.

They will be engaging with the public particularly focusing on promoting Immobilise, Neighbourhood Watch including keeping purses and wallets safe whilst shopping in town and general crime prevention advice.

Our officers will be attending Batley Parish C of E Junior and Infants School to give a talk to the pupils on Stranger Danger and who they can approach should they need help.

The Barracks Partners and Community Together meeting.

Wednesday 8th Nov 2017 at 6pm sees the next Partners and Community together meeting for the Barracks area of Pontefract when local resdients, local councillors, housing association representatives and Police all get together to deal with issues and improve the area.

The meeting starts at 6pm at the The Community centre, Queens Avenue, Pontefract.
