Man In Court Over Robbery, Strathmore Terrace, Harehills, Leeds.

A man is due to appear in court today (11/11) charged over a robbery at a house in Leeds.
Rashad Ali, aged 32, of Upland Crescent, Gipton, has been charged with two counts of robbery in relation to an incident at an address in Strathmore Terrace, Harehills, on October 10 this year, during which white powder, found to be ammonium sulfate, was used.
He has been remanded to appear at Leeds Magistrates Court today.
He was arrested on Saturday (10/11) as part of an investigation by officers from Leeds District Crime Team.
Delroy Anderson, aged 33, of Broadway, Horsforth, was previously charged with two counts of robbery in relation to the incident and appeared at Leeds Magistrates Court on October 21.

At 6am this morning (10/10) police were called to a report of an aggravated burglary at a house in Strathmore Terrace, Harehills.
Three masked males had entered the property and assaulted the occupants before stealing a black BMW parked outside.
During the incident a white powder was thrown at a man and two women in the address.
Emergency services attended and the powder was washed off them with no injuries found to have been caused.
The substance was found to be ammonium sulphate, which is commonly used in fertiliser and some fire extinguishers and has no long-term health effects.
One of the women from the address was arrested for breach of bail and taken into custody. The man from the address who was assaulted was taken to hospital to be checked over.
The burglary is being investigated by Leeds District Crime Team and a scene remains in place to undergo forensic examination. There is no wider risk to members of the public in the area.
