Police investigating the disappearance of a man from Keighley are continuing to appeal for information.

Gareth Shutt was last seen at Keighley’s railway station on Monday, 10 December. He is believed to have boarded the 7.42pm service to Lancaster but is thought to have alighted the train before it reached its final destination.

It is now believed he left the train at Bentham station in North Yorkshire and enquiries are continuing into the whereabouts of the 33-year-old, who is described as being of slim build and around 5ft 6ins tall.

Detective Inspector Ryan Bragg, of Bradford District CID, said:

“We are seriously concerned for Gareth’s welfare and would appeal for anyone who believes they may have seen him to contact police.

“While he appears to have alighted the train at Bentham on Monday evening and may still be in the area, we cannot rule out the possibility that he may have travelled elsewhere since.”

Police investigating the disappearance of a man from Keighley are continuing to appeal for information.

Gareth Shutt was last seen at the town’s railway station on Monday, 10 December.

Enquiries are continuing into the whereabouts of the 33-year-old, who is described as being of slim build and around 5ft 6ins tall.

Police in West Yorkshire are appealing for information to find missing Gareth Shutt from Keighley.

Gareth (33) was reported missing on the evening of Monday December 10 and was sighted on CCTV at about 7.30pm on the same evening at Keighley railway station.

He is believed to have travelled out of the force area by train to Lancaster and officers are conducting a number of enquiries to find him.

The 33-year-old is described as white, 5ft 6ins tall and of slim build with short brown hair.

He was last seen wearing a black Superdry jacket, dark blue jeans and grey Nike trainers with luminous yellow laces.

Detective Sergeant Steve Wedge of Bradford District CID, said: “We are increasingly concerned about Gareth’s welfare and would like to speak with anyone who has seen or has information about him.

“Anyone who can assist our enquiry is asked to contact Bradford District CID at West Yorkshire Police on 101 referencing police log 1861 of December 10.”
