UPDATE: Tyron Charles Murder Investigation

Police investigating the death of Tyron Charles have today issued an update confirming the position of the investigation.
The body found last week by police while searching moorland in Oxenhope has been formally identified as that of Tyron.
A post mortem revealed that he had died of a gunshot wound.
James Sutcliffe, aged 28, of Hill Crest View, has been charged with Tyron’s murder and remains in custody.
A 60-year-old man and a 61-year-old woman have been released under investigation.

Police investigating the disappearance of Tyron Charles have found a body and made further arrests in connection with the investigation.
The body was found by police while searching moorland in Oxenhope close to Nab Water Lane, earlier today.
Enquiries are now ongoing to establish the identity of the deceased.
Tyron’s family have been informed.
A 28-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder, while a 61-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.
Police have also re-arrested a 60-year-old man on suspicion of assisting an offender.
All three remain in custody while enquiries continue.

A 28-year old man charged with murder appeared at Bradford Magistrates Court this morning (Wednesday 20 September).

James Sutcliffe, 28 of Hill Crest View, will appear before Bradford Magistrates Court tomorrow morning charged with the murder of Tyron Charles.
A 60-year-old man who was arrested as part of the investigation has been released from police custody without charge.
