'Get a Crime Update' (formerly known as Local Crime Tracker) is an online service provided by West Yorkshire Police that allows you to quickly and easily check the status of a previously reported crime - it allows you to keep updated with the status of your crime, view details of the officer in the case and contact the officer if you require an update.
The Get a Crime Update system provides three identifiable status reports: Case under Investigation, Investigation Pending Outcome and Investigation Closed.

"West Yorkshire Community Alert" enables members of the public to keep in touch with local police updates. Public registration is free and people can choose to receive news and appeals, local crime information and/or prevention advice direct via email, text or voice message.

Wednesday 4 October 2023  Police in Calderdale have issued CCTV images of a man they wish to speak to regarding the theft of a vehicle last month.
