Access to your personal information :

You can request access to a copy of your personal data we hold.

Rectification :

You can ask us to change or complete any inaccurate or incomplete personal data held about you.

Erasure :

You can ask us to delete or remove your personal information where it is no longer necessary for us to keep it. You may also request the deletion of custody images held by the Force.

You can object to our processing of your personal information.

Right to withdraw consent :

Right not to be subject to automated decision making :

You have the right to ask us not to make a decision about you based solely on automated means, i.e. without human intervention.

Currently, we do not use any automated decision making processes.

 

Portability :

You can ask us to provide you or a third party with some of the personal information that we hold about you in a structured, commonly used, electronic form, so it can be easily transferred.
