The purpose of the Police Race Action Plan is to create a police service which is anti-racist and trusted by Black people. The plan sets out changes within policing that will improve outcomes for Black people who work with or interact with the police.

As part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the correct Police response is allocated to jobs that come in via our call handlers. This can be an emergency-based response or one that requires slower time handling, in either case your responsibility will be to assess risk and come up with a solution. You will be responsible for identifying and assessing risk and making resolution and deployment decisions using a range of systems. You will also allocate resources to incidents and support them in any radio transmissions.
