Every year, we produce a report called a ‘Pay Gap Report’ which shares the details of our gender and ethnicity pay gap data. The Herbert Protocol is a national scheme being introduced by West Yorkshire police and other agencies which encourages carers to compile useful information which could be used in the event of a vulnerable person going missing.
